Great resource -- I found all the links useful, but on the contrary I do feel that bookish knowledge and practical knowledge are 2 different things, you implement things practically then only we learn.
And to perform things in a right way we do need a coach who can guide you through the best way to achieve the desired goal.

Thanks for the post Progressive Cycle Coaching (British cycle coach). Nicely worded. Still, don't deny an athelete can learn to coach themself with success. YET, a "good" coach with practical experience may hit the mark sooner catering to individual athelete needs. That is a good coach most likely will deliver unuiqe results the right way sooner than self-coaching methods. It's a matter of $$$$, choice and trust. All good.
